Terms of Service

BeeSpoke Labs is an experimental service (“the lab”) operated from Tampa, Florida, United States. By creating an account or using BeeSpoke you agree to these terms. Questions: frankdlc222@gmail.com.

Use BeeSpoke lawfully and don’t ruin it for everyone else. In particular, don’t use it to generate or distribute content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that harasses or deceives people; don’t attempt to break, probe, or overload the service or other users’ accounts; and don’t abuse the credit system.

You own your prompts and the pages generated from them. So that the product can work, you grant BeeSpoke a license to store, host, and serve your content back to you — and, when you share a link or publish a seed to the Hive, to serve that content to the people you shared it with (or, for the Hive, to the public). You are responsible for what you generate and share.

Credits meter generation. They are not money, have no cash value, and can’t be redeemed or transferred. While BeeSpoke is pre-1.0, credit amounts, costs, and rules may change at any time.

BeeSpoke is provided as-is and as-available during the lab period, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or disappear, and we may lose data despite trying hard not to. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeSpoke Labs is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users. You can stop using BeeSpoke at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing frankdlc222@gmail.com.

These terms will evolve before 1.0. We’ll update the date at the top when they change; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
