Who we are
BeeSpoke Labs is an experimental product (“the lab”) operated from Tampa, Florida, United States. This policy explains, in plain English, what data we collect when you use BeeSpoke and what we do with it. Questions or requests: frankdlc222@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account data. When you sign up we store your email address and, if you use Google or Apple sign-in, the name and email your provider shares with us. Accounts and everything below live in our database, hosted by Supabase.
Session and turn content. Play works by turning your prompts into generated pages. We store your prompts and the pages the model generates so you can resume sessions, rewind to earlier turns, and share what you made. This content is private to your account unless you share it.
Credits and usage. We keep records of your credit balance and how generations spend it, so the service works and so we can understand costs.
Where your prompts go
To generate a page, your prompt (and the session context needed to continue it) is sent to OpenAI’s API. OpenAI’s handling of API data is described in their API data usage policy. We do not train models on your content, and we do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use cookies strictly to keep you signed in (authentication sessions). There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics on BeeSpoke.
Sharing and the Hive
Sharing is opt-in and controlled by you. When you share a session or snapshot, it becomes visible according to the access dials you set on the link. Publishing a seed to the Hive makes it public: anyone can see and launch it. Don’t publish anything you want to keep private.
Deleting your data
Email frankdlc222@gmail.com from your account email and we will delete your account and its data.
Changes
BeeSpoke is pre-1.0 and this policy will evolve with it. We’ll update the date at the top when it changes.
